We’re growing rapidly across North London & Hertfordshire, and we’re looking for therapists ready to transition into a client-facing, performance-focused coaching role.

* North London
* Central Hertfordshire

What you’ll be doing
* Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates sessions in a premium studio environment
* Use your anatomy & rehab knowledge to support client outcomes
* Help clients improve movement, strength, mobility & injury prevention
* Build and grow your own 1:1 client base (optional)
* Create a personalised, results-driven experience for every client
What we’re looking for
You must have ONE of the following:
* Level 3 Sports Massage
* Degree in Sports Therapy or Sports Rehabilitation
Plus:
* Full driving licence & access to a car
* Confident, motivated & client-focused mindset
* Full-time availability (4 weekdays + 1 weekend day)
* Passion for helping clients improve performance and recovery
