The Role
Uxbridge High School is seeking a Clerk to the Trustees to provide governance advice, maintain records in accordance with legal requirements, attend Trustee and committee meetings, and offer full administrative support, including managing correspondence, minuting meetings, and submitting the register of directors to Companies House.
The successful candidate will have strong ICT skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to organize meetings, draft agendas, record accurate minutes, manage their workload independently, and handle sensitive information confidentially. Flexibility regarding working hours is essential, as most meetings are in the evenings, with occasional in-school meetings.
Additional Information
Attendance at evening meetings is required. Admin tasks can be performed remotely. The school values diversity, inclusivity, and safeguarding, with all appointments subject to DBS checks.
