As a Leadership Team Assistant, you will support multiple Tesco Business Leaders and Directors to achieve their priorities through proactive and effective diary management. You will also provide flexible, cross‑functional support to colleagues, ensuring that all Business Leaders and Directors receive a consistent, high‑quality level of service. Proactively and efficiently managing the diaries of multiple Business Leaders and Directors, organising and prioritising their time to maximise efficiency and support business priorities. Prioritising and completing tasks in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment, ensuring all stakeholders receive a prompt, accurate, and high‑quality service. Arranging meetings ranging from 1:1s to complex, multi‑stakeholder sessions, taking full accountability for locations and ensuring all required details are accurately recorded in diaries. Identifying and flagging critical emails where lack of response could pose a business or operational risk. Encouraging and fostering a culture of self‑service, enabling Business Leaders and Directors to operate confidently while allowing focus on core LTA responsibilities. Coordinating national and international travel with third‑party providers, always seeking the most cost‑effective, simple, and efficient options. Partnering with the Events team to support the planning and delivery of large‑scale events for supported Business Leaders and Directors. Managing administrative tasks, including raising purchase orders, processing visa applications, and submitting expense claims on behalf of leaders. Identifying, sourcing, and working with external agencies, ensuring strong value for money and quality of service. Flexible, cross‑functional support Providing capacity to support Business Leaders and Directors across all office functions, including absence and peak‑time cover for colleagues. Operating within a dynamic support model that enables the reallocation of services across divisions as required, ensuring efficient use of resources in line with changing business priorities and demands. Strong relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and build trust quickly. Excellent organisational skills, including forward planning and a high level of attention to detail. The ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks in an ever‑changing, fast‑paced environment.
