Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a care homes setting. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Duties
* Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
* Ensure all areas are tidy and free from hazards.
* Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
* Assist with cooking and food preparation as needed, ensuring kitchen cleanliness.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
* Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient cleaning operations.
Experience
* Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
* Experience in the hotel industry is an advantage but not essential.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
* Basic cooking skills would be beneficial for assisting in kitchen duties.
