What you will do:
* Undertake assessments and provide support within the Fostering and Connected Persons Team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with foster carers and connected persons.
* Prepare reports, attend panels, and present cases in professional meetings.
* Provide guidance and support to foster carers to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children.
* Facilitate training and development sessions for foster carers.
* Participate in continuous development plans and contribute to the improvement of the service.
