Classic Cottages are a long-established self-catering holiday letting agency with a large portfolio of the finest holiday homes. We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our friendly team. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver the best possible customer service, supporting our guests and owners through handling complaints and dealing with the feedback and reviews from guests. You will be based in our office in Hayle, although some travel to properties is required from time to time. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (including most Saturdays) and offers a salary of £27,018 per year (plus profit share). Working hours are 9am-5pm but due to the nature of the role, some flexibility is required with the finish time and includes occasional late shifts during peak periods (normally 1-2 per month until 8pm) and an occasional 8am start during peak periods. Responsibilities will include Complaint handling and problem solving Responding (in writing and verbally) to feedback and online reviews Assisting with the operational side of managing holiday properties Assisting with visits to properties Other administrative duties including collating information and liaising with owners, housekeepers, tradespeople and other departments within Classic Cottages Essential skills Customer services and complaint handling experience Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to remain calm while under pressure Confident working without supervision Full UK driving licence Experience of organising property maintenance would be an advantage As a certified B Corp business, we are committed to supporting our local community and economy.
