Administrator – Kingston Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an Administrator to join a Substance Misuse Service in Kingston. Pay Rate: £16 Ltd per hour Hours: Full-time, 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Contract: Temporary (3 months) with potential for extension Start Date: ImmediateRole Overview We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to provide essential support within a busy substance misuse service. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the substance misuse team, including data entry and record management. Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate service user records. Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external use. Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection standards. Support the team with general office duties and any ad-hoc tasks as required.Requirements Previous experience in an administrative role (healthcare or social care setting desirable). Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
