About the Role: Would you like to work somewhere where you get to make a real difference every day? We re looking for a passionate and highly motivated Support Manager to join our supported living services in West Cornwall. You ll work closely with the Operations Manager to lead and directly line-manage support teams, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and those requiring positive behaviour support. This is a key leadership role where you ll champion person-centred support, drive regulatory compliance, uphold safeguarding standards and ensure that the individuals we support live their best lives. You ll also play a vital role in building a strong, empowered team culture ensuring staff feel valued, supported, and equipped with the skills and tools they need to thrive.
