The Role
We are currently seeking a Talent Agent for our agency. The ideal candidate is positive, creative, humorous, and dedicated, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must have a basic understanding of social media marketing, brand partnerships, talent management, contract negotiations, and a strong network of social media influencers.
Responsibilities include:
* Discovering and signing large influencers seeking business management.
* Collaborating daily with influencers and the talent coordinator to process requests, manage posting schedules, and explore new opportunities.
* Seeking brand partnerships for specific talents.
* Finding collaboration opportunities for our exclusive and other large influencers.
* Staying updated on trends in influencer marketing.
* Assisting the Talent team in pursuing new opportunities, such as TV and film casting, app collaborations, and other partnership opportunities.
* Developing and executing growth strategies for influencers.
Required experience:
* At least two (2) years in a client-facing digital, social, PR, or influencer role.
* Basic understanding of talent management and representation of social media influencers or celebrities.
* University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience.
* Existing extensive network of social media influencers, talent, and brands.
* Experience managing brand partnerships and talent management, preferably at an agency.
