Job Description
3. Supporting all HR-related activities within the organisation
4. Providing administrative support to the wider team with all general HR systems and procedures.
5. Assisting with the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
6. Managing employee records and databases
7. Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures
8. Supporting the HR team in handling grievance and disciplinary issues
9. Assisting in HR reporting and data analysis
10. Participating in HR projects and initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Assistant should have:
11. Strong administrative skills
12. Experience in an administration, HR or similar role.
13. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
14. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
15. An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity
16. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRIS or HRMS is advantageous)
