The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a well-established insurance organisation undergoing a range of strategic transformation initiatives. They are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex change programmes spanning both technology and business functions.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of key initiatives, including a large-scale upgrade of a core policy administration platform, alongside additional projects aligned to the wider change portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology change initiatives
* Take ownership of an in-flight programme focused on a major system enhancement
* Oversee additional projects within a prioritised change portfolio
* Develop and manage detailed delivery plans, timelines, and budgets
* Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
* Manage and coordinate third-party suppliers and delivery partners
* Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the business
* Ensure projects are aligned to strategic objectives and deliver measurable value
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience delivering change within the insurance sector
* Strong background managing end-to-end project lifecycles
* Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and suppliers
* Comfortable leading both business and technology-led change
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to challenge, influence, and drive delivery in complex environments
