Overview
Dexory is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the growing needs of our marketing team. In this role, youll work closely with the Marketing Director and Senior Digital Marketing Manager and the broader team to execute campaigns, manage social media, create engaging content, and support event and recruitment marketing initiatives. Youll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across digital platforms and help drive measurable results.
This role will involve one day per week onsite at our facility in Wallingford, Oxfordshire.
Duties And Responsibilities

* ters ? Assist with the creation and delivery of design and video as
* sets. ? Assist with campaign management; ideation, creation and execution to support Demand Generation M
* anager ? Manage webinar planning programme and ex
* ecution ? Handle website updates and content executio
* n tasks. ? Support event planning and e
* xecution. ? Provide support for HR and recruitment marketing efforts, including creating materials and campaigns.
Experience and Skills
* g. ? Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of SEO best practic
* es. ? Familiarity with social media platforms and an interest in exploring new channels/formats, including SEMrush
* and Google Analy
* tics. ? Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing is a
* plus. ? Organised and detail-oriented with excellent communication
* skills. ? Eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.
Qualifications
* e ? Computer literate good knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google Sui
* te ? Experience with / knowledge of CRM platform like Hubs
* pot ? Experience in a graphics package like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
