Job Description
1. Provide legal counsel and representation on antitrust matters, including litigation and compliance.
2. Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare legal documents related to antitrust cases.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute case strategies.
4. Represent clients in court, administrative hearings, and negotiations.
5. Advise clients on antitrust laws, regulatory compliance, and risk management strategies.
6. Stay updated on developments in antitrust laws and regulations to provide relevant insights.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their legal needs are met.
8. Contribute to the firm's thought leadership initiatives in the legal industry.
