The Role

Reporting to the Area manufacturing unit, proactively support all Site and Manufacturing Departments to enable accurate and timely review data recording and be accountable for all aspects of related reports and related administrative tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Ensure and manage relevant/owned store system locations to guarantee the correct stock is in place for production.
* Provide feedback to the site services team when issues arise and ensure solutions are implemented.
* Review, understand, and correct any system errors (COGI and LX03) in a timely and accurate manner.
* Ensure all production reports are available and presented to the relevant manager promptly for review.
* Challenge and investigate variances against standards to provide accurate feedback to management.
* Ensure batch control is maintained on the system and challenge areas not following correct processes; escalate out-of-spec issues (e.g., incorrect batch usage) to management promptly.
* Ensure all production is completed daily in the system and all lineside locations are cleared.
* Assist with end-of-shift lineside stock counts.
* Conduct accurate and timely stock counts within storage areas.
* Check the accuracy of returned goods to the site.

The Ideal Candidate

* Level 2 Food Hygiene (or equivalent)
* Experience of working in food manufacturing environment.
* Excellent administration skills and utilisation of Microsoft office suite.
* Efficient in delivering objectives and workload.
* Ability to work with peers in a matrix structure to draw in external skills to achieve local goals.
* A personal commitment to role model behaviours.
* Track record of delivery.
