We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Management Accountant to join our team based in Leeds.
As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will support the Financial Reporting Accountant in preparing, collating, and reporting monthly P&L and balance sheet data. You will also perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting to enhance management information and share insights across the business.

Key responsibilities include:
* Preparation of management accounts, including prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, and fleet costs
* Review and correction of invoice postings and cost centre allocations
* Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
* Supporting Accounts Payable and Receivable teams with complex transactions
* Assisting FP&A team and stakeholders with fleet expense queries
Minimum requirements:
* Studying for a professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 1+ years of finance experience
* Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software
* Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
* Problem-solving attitude and flexibility
