Job Description:
ROLE: Warehouse & Logistics Manager
START: ASAP
CONTRACT: Permanent, full-time
LOCATION: London, Kings Cross
REPORTS TO: Operations Director
At Two Tribes, we're passionate about creating exceptional beers inspired by innovation, collaboration, and London culture. We are looking to expand and bring in a new Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our energetic team. If you’re a logistics expert with strong leadership skills, this is your opportunity to manage the movement of our beer from brewery to bar — safely, efficiently, and excellently.
The role:
As our Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you’ll oversee the efficient, safe storage and delivery of our beer. Leading a small team and optimizing routes across London, your goal is to ensure our products arrive on time, in full, and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse staff and drivers
* Oversee stock control, ensuring FIFO practices and accurate inventory systems (Breww)
* Plan and optimize delivery routes across London
* Manage third-party contractors and shipping partners
* Ensure health & safety compliance daily — checks, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance
* Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
* Conduct weekly stock counts and monitor for out-of-stock risks
* Collaborate with HR for team development and growth
* Improve performance through KPIs and process enhancements
About you:
You are an organized, adaptable leader who excels under operational challenges and can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on, calm under pressure, and proficient with systems and technology.
You’ll Bring:
* Experience in warehouse or logistics management
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Knowledge of stock control and routing logistics
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Familiarity with IT systems and reporting tools
* A proactive approach focusing on safety and process improvement
If you're eager to join a progressive company with creative roots and a bright future, we want to hear from you.
* Two Tribes values inclusion across age, gender, identity, race, sexual orientation, and ethnicity. We strive to create an environment where everyone can be happy, comfortable, and successful at work.
