Job Description
1. Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
2. Analyze project plans, specifications, and designs to provide accurate pricing.
3. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure cost efficiency.
4. Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate financial impacts.
5. Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
6. Maintain updated records of project costs and financial reports.
7. Participate in pre-construction meetings and contribute to project planning.
8. Ensure all estimates align with company standards and client expectations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Estimator should have:
9. 5-10 years of industry related experience
10. Proven expertise in construction cost estimation within the Property industry.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage budgets effectively.
12. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
13. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
14. Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for estimation.
15. Computer literacy skills
