Were looking for Assistant Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Managers who thrive in a service:led environment, enjoy leading large teams, and take pride in delivering consistently high standards.
Youll suit this opportunity if you:
* Have experience in full table service restaurants
* Are currently an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager
* Have at least 1:2 years management experience
* Understand P and L, labour control and commercial performance
* Are ambitious and want clear progression to AGM and GM
