This role will be responsible for driving recruitment-related projects to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes across our international business. Key Responsibilities: • Talent Acquisition Operations Management: Optimize and streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Channel Management: Oversee global recruitment channels, assess their performance, and develop strategies to enhance candidate sourcing. • Project Management: Lead and execute recruitment-related projects, including process improvements, system implementations, and employer branding initiatives. • Data & Analytics: Design and implement talent acquisition metrics and dashboards to track hiring efficiency, and leveraging data analytics to optimize hiring processes across our international business. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal HR teams, hiring managers, and external partners to support global recruitment needs. • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure recruitment practices comply with local and international labor regulations while implementing best-in-class talent acquisition strategies.
