A great opportunity with a leading consumer electronics brand that will help define and drive global strategy into local execution throughout Europe.
Providing executive reporting on strategy and commercials, this role will own the commercial strategy and performance management, being the go-to-person for commercial assessment, annual sales planning, and business improvement ideation and activation. It will assess the commercial implications of strategic decision made on product and marketing investments, and represent the business at senior levels of European Key Accounts to build strong business partnership and alignment on strategic goals. Guiding and advising European teams and the Senior Leadership team, you will monitor European retail trends, tracking market, competitor and channel developments to guide the business on commercial strategic initiatives.
This is a role for a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of P&L and commercial principles. You will also have experience in the consumer electronics or home appliance industry. You will have strong relationship building skills to ensure engagement from teams without direct management, along with strong reporting, analytical and data management skills – translating that into valuable insights and recommendations on commercial performance and opportunities.
