They inspect and test the installation of underground safety systems, assess roofs and waterproofed surfaces to mitigate the risk of leaks, and provide bespoke quality assurance documentation that tracks how protection systems were installed, maintained, and verified. The Role: As Contract Sales Manager, you will lead and grow their Flat Roof Testing Division. This role is pivotal in driving commercial success through client relationship management and promoting flat roof testing at industry events. To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a dynamic and results-driven Contracts Sales Manager, ideally within the roofing or construction industry, though certainly accustomed to working within a testing, verification and quality assurance. Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the flat roof testing sector. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and property / facilities managers. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Contract Management: * Oversee the negotiation, execution, and administration of roof testing contracts. * Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company standards. * Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues or disputes. Project Coordination: * Collaborate operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Market Intelligence: * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes. * Provide feedback to marketing team to refine offerings. Reporting & Forecasting: * Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts. * Report on KPIs and contribute to strategic planning. Skills, Experience & Qualifications: Essential: * Proven experience of B2B contract sales, within a service-led environment. * Confident leading the sales process, from research and initial outreach to conversion and service delivery. * Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Adept at managing multiple projects and business accounts, whilst respecting the competing priorities of all. * Collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. * Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Desirable: * Contract sales expertise achieved within either the roofing or construction industry, or within testing, verification and quality sectors. * Understanding of flat roofing systems, materials, and installation processes would be advantageous. * Practical experience of working on-site, in partnership with construction professionals and third-party contractors
