THE ROLE To provide administrative support across Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) functions, ensuring effective management of systems, data, and compliance documentation. The role supports continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across the business. Key Responsibilities System Administration Manage documents to ensure the Integrated Management System (IMS) remains compliant. Monitor our systems and performance and gather data for analysis. Manage site observations submitted via our systems. Health & Safety Maintain toolbox talk briefings and registers. Update performance statistics, inspection registers, and accident logs. Support audit documentation and preparation. Environmental Management Collect and manage carbon data from various sources. Review and analyse data to support sustainability reporting. Social Value Support our Social Value events and maintain effective records on our register. Attend relevant meetings and feedback to the business. Quality Assurance Manage the quality registers, including evidence collection for non-conformances. Support internal audits and quality improvement initiatives. LEAN & Process Improvement Assist in tracking efficiencies and process data collation. Prepare documentation for process creation and audits. Training & Development Support the maintenance of training portfolios and briefing registers. Support compliance with training requirements and record-keeping. Candidate profile Essential Skills & Experience Strong administrative and organisational skills. Strong knowledge and experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Ability to manage and analyse data effectively. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Qualifications Not applicable although further training will be given as required.
