Our Good Shepherd team is looking for a passionate and creative Early Childhood Teacher for a Full-time opportunity.
As our ECT you will:
1. Create engaging educational kindergarten programs
2. Provide children, families and team members with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment
3. Deliver a high quality, inclusive, educational program
4. Participate in professional and personal development
5. Ensure all programs, observations, evaluations and portfolios are maintained
6. Ensure the environment is engaging, challenging, interesting and aesthetically pleasing
7. Ensure that all policies and procedures, licensing, legislation and regulations are upheld
8. Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values.

What you will need:
14. An ACECQA approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood)
15. Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
16. Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) from the Queensland Government
17. Position may require being the Responsible Person on site in the absence of the Director
18. Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, Behavioural Management Framework and National Law/Regulations
19. Conversant with Early Years Learning Framework & the QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
