As a
Business Finance Analyst
, you'll partner with stakeholders to interpret and analyse financial performance, provide insight and recommendations, and ensure numbers are well understood across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong business partnering relationships with management teams, acting as a trusted advisor who can both support and challenge.
* Deliver best-in-class analysis, reporting, insights, and financial guidance.
* Provide detailed analysis and recommendations for commercial deals, business decisions, and investment cases.
* Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasts, and long-range plans.
* Interpret monthly results and drive action, collaborating with the Controllership team.
* Manage risks and opportunities for your business area to ensure clarity and informed decision-making.
What You'll Bring
* ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA qualification (or equivalent).
* Proven track record of delivery with ambition to grow further.
* Experience working at pace in either industry or practice.
* Comfort with ambiguity and ability to guide decision-making in complex situations.
* Strong attention to detail and deep understanding of financials.
* Ability to maintain a strong financial control environment.
* Analytical strength with experience turning data into actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
