Job Title: Lacquer Sprayer
Location: NN4, Northampton
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Hours of Work:
1. Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
2. Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lacquer Sprayer to join our production team in NN4 Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and spraying lacquer finishes to a high standard on a range of components, ensuring consistent quality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
3. Prepare surfaces and materials for spraying (sanding, cleaning, masking, etc.)
4. Mix and apply lacquer finishes using appropriate spraying equipment
5. Ensure even coverage and smooth finishes to meet company quality standards
6. Carry out touch-ups and corrections as required
7. Maintain spray booths and equipment in clean, safe working condition
8. Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
9. Work to production targets and deadlines
Requirements:
10. Previous experience in lacquer spraying or a similar finishing role
11. Good understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques
12. Attention to detail and commitment to quality
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
14. Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
