This is a fully remote opportunity, offering genuine flexibility while still being part of a collaborative and supportive environment.As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of property transactions, ensuring each matter is handled with efficiency and the highest levels of client care.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, remortgages, and new builds.Provide clear and proactive updates to clients throughout the process.Build strong relationships with estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.Ensure all files meet compliance and regulatory standards.Deliver high-quality service in line with the firm's modern, client-first approach.Candidate ProfileMinimum 2 years' experience working as a Residential Conveyancer, handling your own caseload.Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to work independently within a remote role.Confident using technology and adapting to new systems.Benefits & PackageSalary: £35,000 - £50,000, depending on experience.Health benefits package.Performance-related bonus scheme.Additional employee perks.Fully remote role within a modern, flexible working culture.
