Are you a Maintenance Engineer or similar with an engineering qualification, looking for a leading role within a busy production site, within one of the largest companies in the UK?
Are you looking to work Monday to Friday, days-only, for a company who will continue to invest in you with extra courses to aid your development?
In this role you will be overseeing a small team of 6 Engineers, including Apprentices, playing a large part in the training, coaching and development of them. You will be planning maintenance schedules, reliability projects, and overall reducing downtime within a busy production site.

This role would suit an Engineer who has experience overseeing a small team, looking for a role involved in maintenance and reliability for a nationally recognised company.
The Role
* Overseeing a team of 6, including 3 apprentices
* Planning maintenance and handling reliability projects to reduce downtime
* Fully funded qualifications to become multi-skilled
* Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
