Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is essential in driving growth and expanding our brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales strategies and have experience with CRM software, to manage client relationships effectively. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our charity.
Duties
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
* Collaborate with the therapeutic team to create effective promotional strategies that align with business objectives.
* Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on performance against targets using CRM software and analytics.
* Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and build professional networks.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
* Proficiency in CRM software, is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
