Overview
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to support installation, maintenance, and repair works across commercial properties in Lincoln and nearby regions. The role offers long-term stability and the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial and facilities maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out commercial plumbing installations, upgrades, and repairs
* Diagnose faults and complete reactive and planned maintenance
* Install and service pipework, pressurised systems, commercial plant rooms, sanitary systems, and hot & cold-water services
* Work across educational, industrial, healthcare, and office sites
* Ensure all works comply with building regulations and safety standards
* Accurate completion of job sheets, reports, and compliance documents
* Provide excellent customer service and professional representation on site
* Travel in and around the Lincoln area as required
Requirements
* Proven commercial plumbing experience
* NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
* Familiarity with commercial buildings and plant room environments
* Strong problem-solving and fault-finding ability
* CSCS/JIB card preferred
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Desirable
* Gas qualifications (commercial)
* Experience working with FM contractors or commercial maintenance teams
* IPAF / PASMA
* Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
