What youll be doing
* Coordinate training programmes, learning activities and staff development initiatives
* Administer training nominations, applications, attendance records and learning documentation
* Maintain training records, learning management systems and operational trackers
* Support scholarship, sponsorship, mentoring and talent development programmes
* Assist in employee engagement initiatives, surveys, events and follow-up activities
* Coordinate recruitment administration, onboarding activities and employee documentation
* Liaise with candidates, new hires, internal stakeholders and external agencies to facilitate HR processes
* Monitor programme timelines, maintain tracking records and ensure timely completion of activities
* Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards and management updates
* Support event planning, meeting coordination and departmental activities
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency
* Perform other HR operations and programme administration duties as assigned
What were looking for
* Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ Healthcare Management or related studies
* 0 - 1 year of working experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, learning and development, training administration, employee engagement or healthcare administration will be advantageous
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels
* Comfortable working with data, maintaining records and preparing reports
* Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with learning management systems, HR systems or programme coordination will be an added advantage
