Service Advisor required in Narberth.
1. Starting salary will be circa £27-30,000 per annum.
2. Access to bonuses worth circa £3,000+ per annum (to be discussed further at application)
3. Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
Our client, a long-established multi-franchise approved car dealer group, is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join one of their dealership service department in Narberth.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will complement a team of 2 Vehicle Service Advisors and a Service Manager and will work to book jobs for a skilled team of Vehicle Technician/Mechanics. This role will be predominately telephone-based with ad-hoc face-to-face customer service work required when covering holidays, colleague sickness or general peak periods of work. You will be responsible for answering telephone enquiries on behalf of the service department, and booking customer's vehicles into the dealership's workshop for various forms of work such as services, MOTs and repairs. You will be required to provide great customer service using your well-experienced and professional telephone manners. The opportunity to upsell will also provide additional bonus potential. Further to these duties, you will also be required to complete job cards for the Vehicle Technicians and distribute the relavelty for the workshop team to know what tasks are ahead of them within their day.
Strong organisational skills along with IT literacy (any experience with Kerridge would be ideal but is not required) would be of high priority. Experience in this role is not a requirement, however, experience in a telephone-based job role would be a massive advantage to your application.
