* Managing passive fire and fire door projects across the Midlands in social housing
* Conducting site visits and ensuring quality of work
* Overseeing a team of Site Managers
* Managing projects from start to completion
Key skills required as a Passive Fire Project Manager:
* Experience working in social housing
* Strong IT skills
* Experience in passive fire protection
* Excellent organisational skills
