1to1 Group are working with an established company on the outskirts of Basingstoke (you will need to be a car driver/owner as it is a remote location) to join a stable team to process large amounts of orders and payments associated with subcontractors. Accuracy is important as well as the experience of high-volume invoice processing.
Responsibilities
* Purchase Ledger experience essential which involves processing 50+ subcontract orders and associated payments per week and entering invoices on the system
* Administer subcontract records for up to 100 subcontractors
* Ensure CIS compliance
* Check subcontractors insurance
* Able to reconcile subcontract retentions
* Work with team to resolve any queries
Experience
* High volume invoice processing with attention to detail
* Able to record and input data accurately
* Use of a self billing system
