We’re working with a well-established main contractor who is delivering a £7.5m high-end residential refurbishment and is looking to appoint an experienced Site Agent / Site Manager to join the team on a project from start through to handover.
This is a technically demanding scheme involving steel frame and RC frame works, with a strong focus on quality, finishes and programme control.

The Role:

Full site management responsibility from pre-start to completion
*
Managing subcontractors, programme and site logistics
*
Coordinating structural packages (steel & RC frame)
*
Ensuring high standards of H&S, quality and compliance
*
Client-facing role with regular progress reporting
About You:
*
Proven experience as a Site Agent or Site Manager on high-end residential or refurbishment projects
*
Strong background in steel frame and RC frame construction
*
Comfortable running a project end-to-end
*
Detail-focused with a quality-first mindset
*
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)
