Salary: £36,240 - 40,320 per year Requirements:
* I require a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Support.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11.
* Experience with O365 troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with Dell hardware troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Microsoft Azure.
* Understanding of networking concepts.
* Experience with cabling in MDF/IDFs.
* Ability to set up and support Apple iPhones.

* Strong social skills, including superb communication (both written and verbal), are essential.
* Familiarity with standard IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:
* I will provide hands-on technical support to clients for the acquisition, usage, and installation of desktop and portable workstations, peripherals, mobile devices, as well as company operating systems and software.
* I will track client service requests in the ticket tracking system and follow up with clients for effective resolution and customer satisfaction, coordinating referrals for more advanced issues to the next support tier and/or external resources.
* I will be responsible for setting up laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for new hires to ensure compliance with the company's user configuration and software application requirements.
* I will support the installation, troubleshooting, and usage of wired and wireless networks, collaborating with remote specialist teams to troubleshoot LAN performance.
* I will provide onsite installation, troubleshooting, and support for computers, printers, audiovisual equipment, video conferencing systems, wireless access points, and telephony systems in various office and factory environments.
* I will collaborate with teams on projects that support IT initiatives and/or implementations, providing on-site IT support for global projects.
* I will also provide remote IT technical support to users at multiple sites including business offices, engineering labs, and manufacturing and distribution warehouses.
* A solid understanding of applications and technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft and Apple products, is important.
* Experience with cabling and patching in MDF and IDFs is required.
* Finally, I need someone who is physically capable of walking, climbing (stairs/ladders), sitting, and standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 lbs.
