Pay: £15.24 per hour (day shifts), £12.24 per hour (sleep‑in nights) plus £6.81 per sleep shift and £1 per hour weekend uplift where applicable.

What You’ll Do
* Lead, support, and motivate the Care & Support team.
* Coordinate resident care plans and ensure compliance with high standards.

Pay & Shift Details
* £15.24 per hour day rate.
* £12.24 per hour sleeping night rate plus £6.81 per sleep shift.
* £1 per hour weekend enhancement (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday).

About You
* Experienced in care or support work (1+ year preferred).
* Level 3 Adult Health & Social Care (or willingness to upskill from Level 2).
* Leadership experience – supervised or supported a team.
