Sales Development Representative (SDR)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Identify and qualify potential customers through targeted prospecting efforts, helping the team by scheduling sales meetings and assisting in the sales process.
* Generate leads and build a robust pipeline to support sales objectives.
* Collaborate with marketing to maximise the impact of our Account-Based Marketing efforts.
* Contribute to the rapid growth of the UK commercial team through effective collaboration.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
* 2+ years of B2B sales experience as an SDR, ideally in compliance, HRTech, or workflow solutions
* Consultative selling style with strong discovery and objection-handling skills
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisation skills.
* Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with lead generation processes and HubSpot.
