2nd Line Support Engineer / Second Line Support Engineer Responsibilities:
* Managing deployment and administration of Microsoft 365 Product components (e.g. Azure, Intune/Endpoint, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Groups).
* Administration, support, and configuration of Microsoft 365 for our customers.
* Supporting their Service Desk functions, and dealing with customer tickets proactively and within the agreed SLA.
* Ensuring the operational health of their Microsoft 365 environments; and some on-premises environments; including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability.
* Build out the configuration and manage the rollout of corporate systems, including Microsoft Endpoint for device management.
2nd Line Support Engineer / Second Line Support Engineer Requirements:
* First-hand administration and implementation experience with Microsoft 365 platform.
* Solid problem-solving approach, using a mixture of customer-facing and technical skills.
* Ability to interact well with customer employees, directors, and suppliers to deliver a solid, trusted and solution focussed response.
* A driving license would be preferred, but is not essential.
