About the Role
Fortem International delivers industry-leading trade exhibitions across the UK, United States, and UAE.
We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Communications Executive to help drive visitor attendance and audience engagement across our global event portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional who enjoys writing, digital marketing, and communicating with professional audiences. You'll gain exposure to LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, partnership outreach, and event promotion — all within a fast-moving international events business.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting visitor marketing campaigns to increase attendance at our trade shows
* Creating and managing LinkedIn outreach campaigns and content
* Assisting with email marketing campaigns, including copywriting and audience targeting
* Speaking with prospective visitors, exhibitors, and partners to promote event value
* Building relationships with associations, industry groups, and partner organisations
* Producing marketing content such as promotional messaging, newsletters, and updates
* Monitoring campaign performance and contributing to reporting and optimisation
* Working closely with sales, marketing, and event teams to support overall growth
What We're Looking For
* Interest in marketing, communications, or events
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital platforms
* Confident and professional when speaking with business audiences
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
* Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in marketing, communications, events, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential. B2B or trade show experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
