We are looking to recruit an Operations Administrator to work for a leading manufacturing company based in Dudley. If you are a true administrator and administration is what you thoroughly enjoy this will be the role for you.
The role of Operations Administrator will report to the Operations Manager.
The main duties will be:
1. Dealing with cost changes and rolling out of materials
2. Part billing of completed jobs
3. Printing invoices off daily and weekly
4. Updating the CRM system to make sure what stock we have and what we need for future jobs
5. Despatch export spreadsheet
6. Managing the stock system to ensure there is enough stock for future requirements
7. Checking packing specs
8. Raising consumable/non-desc po's
9. Daily post and courier arrangement
10. Adding PODs to the system
11. Booking in of deliveries via phone
12. Sales order processing
The successful candidate will have the following skills:

14. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
15. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
16. Work well in a team environment
