The Role:
* You will be a natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential, an ambassador of the brand;you will need to be calm and collected when managing your team.
* Inspire your team to deliver the owners' vision, to bring a unique and immersive dining experience to our guests.
* Ability to coordinate high volume of bookings without compromising service.
* Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods.
* Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of booking systems such as SevenRooms and Opentable and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience.
* Show your passion for learning and developing new skills, and encouraging others to help them grow.
* Driving a team to greatness through exciting, innovative andengaging training.
* Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail for our guests throughout their time at Tattu.
