The Senior Support and Integration Engineer is responsible for identifying and supporting electrical systems issues throughout all development stages, from rigs and labcars to in-market vehicle tests. This includes fault analysis, diagnostics, software flashing, issue management, and validation of solutions. The engineer will act as the first contact for electrical issues across the business and generate test reports for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support and escalate complex electrical issues during vehicle development.
2. Lead cross-functional efforts with teams, suppliers, and partners for issue resolution.
3. Analyze vehicle faults using diagnostic tools and schematics.
4. Manage fault reports via cloud systems, ensuring clarity and quality.
5. Support build and maintenance of test vehicles and rigs.
6. Plan and support verification, validation, and testing activities.
7. Provide technical support to workshop and development teams.
8. Assist with software validation and documentation.
9. Contribute to process improvements.
10. Mentor junior team members.
Skills and Knowledge
* Experience as an electrical systems engineer in automotive environments.
* Understanding of vehicle electrical systems and diagnostics (CAN, LIN, etc.).
* Practical experience with diagnostic tools and measurement instruments.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Effective communication skills and a driver’s license.
* Flexible and able to work under pressure, willing to travel.
