Key Responsibilities Classroom Support: Assist in lessons to help maintain engagement and promote learning. Class Cover: Confidently manage the classroom in the teacher's absence, ensuring a positive and productive environment. Interventions: Lead both small- and large-group sessions to boost progress in literacy and numeracy. Behaviour Management: Apply effective strategies to encourage positive behaviour and maintain a safe, supportive atmosphere. Individual Support: Provide targeted assistance to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN). Team Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student progress. Safeguarding: Follow safeguarding policies to ensure the well-being of all pupils.
