At Forma-Care, we work with the NHS to support continence care across acute and community settings, focusing on practical support, education, and service improvement.This is a field-based role across the South of England, currently focused on London and the South East. It involves regular travel and direct, on-site engagement with clinical teams.This is not a remote or home-based position.Nurse Advisor (Field Based) Continence Care South of England (current focus: London & South East)The Role:Deliver training and education to nursing and care teamsSupport product trials, evaluations, and implementation into practiceProvide on-site clinical support across hospitals, community services, and care homesWork in partnership with clinical teams to support improvements in continence care and appropriate product useSupport implementation following contract awards and product conversionsProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting in practiceAct as a clinical point of contact for continence-related education and product useBuild effective working relationships with clinical and procurement teamsWork closely with internal sales and marketing colleagues, providing clinical input and insight from the fieldWhat is Required:Registered Nurse with an active NMC PINExperience within continence care, community nursing, or a related clinical settingContinence experience desirable, though full training will be provided for the right candidateConfident delivering training and presentations in clinical environmentsAble to engage with ward and community teams and support change in practiceComfortable working independently, managing a territory and planning own workloadStrong communication skills with the ability to build credibility with clinicians and procurement teamsAwareness of the NHS environment and ability to work alongside commercial teams appropriatelyWilling and able to travel regularly across the South of EnglandFull UK driving licenceWhat we Offer:A field-based role with responsibility for your own territory and day-to-day planningDirect engagement with NHS teams across acute and community settingsThe opportunity to influence practice and support improvements in continence careStructured training, support, and ongoing development within a specialist areaExposure to both clinical practice and commercial healthcare environmentsA growing organisation where your contribution is recognised and has a direct impactCompetitive salary and package aligned to the roleTo applyplease send your CV along with a covering note by using the apply buttonTPBN1_UKTJ
