Clerical Officer - Omagh

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator office. This role requires excellent customer service and efficient administrative support within a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
* Handle initial enquiries
* Register new applications and maintain accurate records
* Supportteam with administrative duties including data entry and filing
* Take minutes at weekly team meetings
* Assist with general office duties and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Provide occasional reception/counter cover during staff absences

Essential Criteria

* GCSEs (or equivalent)
* Basic IT proficiency
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks
* Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Desirable Criteria

* Previous administrative or customer service experience
