Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civils Infrastructure (Heathrow Framework)
Location: Heathrow (site-based) with flexibility to work from Waterloo HQ
I’m currently working with a well-established specialist contractor with over 60 years’ experience and a turnover in excess of £150m, delivering complex and technically challenging civil engineering projects across the UK.
Traditionally recognised for their expertise in groundworks, frames, and heavy civils, the business has made significant investment in its growing Civils Infrastructure division. This has already led to major project wins, including works at HS2 Euston and a prestigious long t framework at Heathrow, where they operate as a preferred contractor.
The Opportunity
Due to continued growth and the complexity of their project portfolio, they are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role within their Heathrow framework. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing commercial team and contribute to the delivery of major infrastructure works.
What They’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor (or Managing QS) within the civils sector
* Strong background working for contractors delivering complex infrastructure projects
* Experience with self-delivery models (highly desirable, as the business self-delivers 90%+ of its works)
* Commercially astute with the ability to manage projects through their full lifecycle
