About the Role:
We are seeking full-time Secondary School Teaching Assistants to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You'll work closely with classroom teachers and SEN staff to provide tailored academic and emotional support to students, helping them to engage in learning and reach their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-class support to students, including those with additional needs
Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
Deliver targeted interventions to small groups or individuals
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Monitor and report on student progress and behaviourWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with children or young people (preferably in a school setting)
A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for education and student development
A valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)Desirable (but not essential):
Relevant TA qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3)
