Murano, Angela Hartnett’s Michelin-starred restaurant in the heart of Mayfair, is looking for an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join our passionate front-of-house team.

What the Role Involves
As a Head Waiter/Waitress, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience while supporting the daily running of the floor. Your responsibilities will include:
* Taking ownership of your section, ensuring smooth and consistent service
* Leading by example and setting the tone for excellent guest interaction
* Supporting the management team with training junior staff
* Ensuring standards are upheld and guest expectations consistently exceeded
* Maintaining a calm, professional presence during busy services
* Acting as a point of reference for product knowledge and menu details
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a similar role within a high-quality or Michelin-starred environment
* A genuine passion for hospitality and service
* Confidence in leading by example and mentoring others
* Strong communication skills and an eye for detail
* Calm and reliable under pressure, with a guest-first attitude
* A positive, proactive approach and strong team spirit

* Guaranteed minimum 30 hours – no zero-hour contracts
* Maximum 48-hour working week across 6 shifts
* Flexible rotas, released 2 weeks in advance
