Energy Efficient Solutions Group (EESG) was born out of extensive experience in the lighting industry, actively promoting the energy-saving benefits of LED lighting through our organisation, Energy Saving Lighting. From this background, the Group has evolved to further support our clients in their drive towards decarbonisation and Net Zero, providing a wide range of solutions, including LED Lighting, Solar PV, Heating solutions, Electric Vehicle Charging, and Air Purification.
The Role:
As we continue to expand our maintenance services across Solar PV, LED Lighting, and Electric Vehicle Charging, we are seeking a proactive and organised Service Delivery Manager to oversee and enhance our maintenance operations. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role is pivotal in ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service Delivery Oversight: Lead the delivery of maintenance services for Solar PV, LED lighting, and EV charging infrastructure, ensuring contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
* Operational Coordination: Work closely with the Planning Team, Engineers, Project Managers, and the Customer Success Team to optimise service performance and resource allocation.
* Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices for maintenance operations, enhancing efficiency and customer experience.
* Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and proactively managing relationships.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to relevant health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
* Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse service data, and implement improvements based on insights.
* Contract & SLA Management: Ensure service contracts are delivered as agreed, maintaining a high standard of service while identifying opportunities for service expansion.
* O&M Documentation: Oversee the creation and management of operations and maintenance (O&M) documentation to support long-term service sustainability.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Industry Experience: Proven experience in service delivery or maintenance management within Solar PV, LED lighting, EV charging, or a related field.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with maintenance requirements for renewable energy systems, lighting infrastructure, and EV charging stations.
* Project & Team Management: Strong leadership skills with experience managing maintenance teams and coordinating service schedules.
* Customer-Centric Approach: Excellent communication and client management skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Health & Safety Awareness: Understanding of industry regulations, including RAMS and site safety requirements.
* Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving service issues.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Recognised qualifications in facilities management, engineering, or a related technical field.
* Certifications in Health and Safety (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH) or renewable energy (e.g., MCS, City & Guilds Solar PV).
