Main duties of the job
* Developing and reviewing the Occupational Health and Wellbeing service delivery
* Promoting excellence in nursing and maintaining and improving clinical standards
* Supporting the creation of a service that is patient focused and inspires patient and employer confidence
* Leading on all elements of clinical governance
* Staff development and training
